  1. Take a mixing bowl and add grated carrot and cabbage.Now add salt,1 spoon cornflour, maida, ginger garlic chilli paste and mix well to make a dough..

  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all balls till golden brown in colour..
  4. Now take another kadhai or pan and add 2 spoons oil to it.then add ginger garlic chilli paste, chopped garlic and saute..
  5. Now add chopped veggies and salt to it.then give a nice mix. Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce,schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and mix it..
  6. Now add corn flour slurry and water as needed.then mix lightly.now allow to shimmer.and at last add finely chopped coriander and mix we..
